Return Policy

Our staff at Jaytronic Technologies is committed to helping you find the perfect metal detector. If you have any questions or concerns call us at 970-614-5863, or if one of our staff members are online feel free to chat with us.  You can also contact us via our Contact Us page.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your detector or accessories, we will work with you to fix the issue.  Below you will find our Return Policy.

Return Policy:

  • Any item bought from Jaytronic Technologies can be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • The return shipping costs will not be covered by Jaytronic Technologies.  If the product was shipped for free by Jaytronic Technologies the shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchased amount.  If you desire a full refund please allow 7 business days from the day the package arrives at our location for the refund to post to your account.      

Exchange Policy:

  • Any item bought from Jaytronic Technologies can be exchanged up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • The return shipping costs will not be covered by Jaytronic Technologies.  If the product was shipped for free by Jaytronic Technologies the shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchased amount.  The customer will then receive store credit for the original amount paid for the product (less the cost of shipping, if shipping was free) that can be used for the purchase of a new detector.

Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Jaytronic Technologies will only accept unused items (new) in their original packaging.
  • Jaytronic Technologies reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns for products not in their original packaging.

Defective Item Return Policy:

  • Although rare, some metal detectors and items could be shipped from the manufacturer defective.  If you receive your item and it appears that the detector or accessory is defective please contact us immediatley at 970-614-5863.  All Bounty Hunter and Garrett Metal detectors have manufacturer warranties against defects and we will work closely with Bounty Hunter or Garrett to remedy the problem at no cost to you.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless Jaytronic Technologies was in error.
  • Please contact Jaytronic Technologies for an RMA number and shipping instructions before sending your metal detecting product back.

Used Products:

  • If your metal detecting product is used (i.e. has been opened from its original packaging) and you are not fully satisfied with its performance then please contact us and we will try to work with you in order to remedy the issue.
