One of the best things about the Quick Draw II is the fact that you can use it pretty much everywhere you might want to hunt. This machine is designed to automatically balance itself accurately under pretty much any ground condition, and the search coil itself is totally submersible and waterproof.

While the devices wealth of features and detecting options might be a little confusing at first, Bounty Hunter thankfully provides extensive and easy-to-understand instructions and tutorials online, making learning this great machine a breeze.

So What are These Great Features and Hunting Options?

Well, to begin the Quick Draw II features a variety of different modes for searching and hunting- 4 in total. The all metal mode allows detection of all ferrous and non-ferrous targets.  The discrimination mode allows progressive discrimination of metal targets starting with iron via the Disc/Notch knob.  Bounty Hunter QUick Draw II LCDThe notch mode allows variable discrimination by establishing a rejection window around an unwanted item.  The notch mode is controlled via the Disc/Notch knob as well.  The final mode of operation is the auto notch mode, which is a pre-programmed mode set to disregard most iron, foil, pull-tabs, etc.

This machine also provides three distinct audio detection signals, and lets you either utilize its built in speakers or plug in your headphones for noisy or busy locations where you might want to hunt (places like public parks and beaches).

The digital LCD target identification system along with the three tone audio discrimination system allows you to quickly and accurately identify the target before digging.  The target depth indicator also saves you time so you know how deep to dig allowing you to recover your targets quicker and more efficiently.

If you’re new to treasure hunting, than you probably don’t realize that many of these features that the Quick Draw II comes packed with usually only show up on higher end, considerably more expensive models. Despite the fact that the Quick Draw II is more value priced, you won’t have to worry that these features won’t work as well as they do on expensive models- the Quick Draw II works exactly as it advertised.
